- If you're using a Twitter account associated with a +86 phone number, deactivate it and re-registrate an account using a foreign phone number

本人注：注意是销号而非换绑，原来的号已经有了对应的uid，除非销号，否则换绑无法抹除uid
- If you're using a Twitter ccount associated with a Chinese apple id. Change the 'region' in the apple settings and unlink the id with mainland China.
如果您在使用与国区苹果id相关联的推特账号，请在设置里修改地区并将您的苹果id与中国大陆脱离联系。
本人注：外区ID建议尽量自行注册，互联网上的详细教程非常多。请勿使用国行ID！因为国行ID的数据存储在云上贵州，且政府有访问的权利。外区的ID数据会经过香港的CDN传输，速度有保证，可以日常使用，而云上贵州仅对其有知晓如存储情况的权利。
- If you're not able to follow the steps listed above and believe that your Twitter (or any other foreign apps) account is not safe, stop using the like and comment function. Use bookmarks if you really want to keep one tweet.
如果您没有条件去做以上两条，并相信您的推特账号正在被审查，请停止使用点赞和评论功能。用“标记（bookmark）”功能来存储您希望留下的推文。 - Stop using Chinese company-developed keyboards like Sogou, Baidu.
停止使用国内公司开发的键盘软件，如搜狗，百度。
本人注：很多人忽视了其实你每天都在用的输入法其实是最大的隐私数据获取源，国内的无良软件会在无需你同意的情况下获取你的数据。移动端建议使用Gboard（很多人说Gboard词库差，但我个人认为是所有非国产输入法做的最好的），iOS建议使用非国区ID的系统输入法。桌面端建议使用开源的输入法，如RIME。
- Stop using unsafe VPNs. There‘s not yet a list of them but there’s a simple unofficial way to test it, CCP backed-up VPNs services would usually automatically block subversive cult websites.
停止使用不安全的VPN。现在还没有VPN安全性的列表，但是可以从一些网站（如轮子）是否被屏蔽来鉴定。
本人注：这点并不准确，一些机场会为了长期盈利避免被某些搞事的用户举办而通过正则表达式屏蔽一些网站，并非出于文中所述的目的。当然，所有的公共代理都不是绝对安全的，有条件请自行搭建，而不是贪图便宜！

6.在墙内网站转发时，若所发图片疑似被审查，可以旋转角度，加滤镜。
（注：敏感信息用拼音缩写，姓名转写的方法其实不安全)
本人注：旋转等方法遇到AI检测基本无解，建议使用如anti-QCR之类的项目给图片增加噪声，降低QCR识别率

my advice is to change the number you have in your accounts, but if you have already put an email or your phone number in them, it would be better to warn your friends and close your accounts because everything remains in the databases.
if in your countries is not available, you need to make a google account while you have your vpn so you can cheat the app store and download those apps in "other" countries, I know that this app works in latin america, why don't you try with colombia as the country?
make a google account > choose the country > go into the app store > dowload the app > set the payment method > buy credit - 5 dlls - > go to the verification tab and choose the app you want to verify > choose US or UK as the phone number region > select the app - twitter- > click on get a 1 time phone verification > make the account and put the number > get the verification code or choose to try another number > enjoy!
我的建议是更改您账号绑定的号码。
